Sydney Limousine Services  of Corporate Car Services Pty Ltd currently has COVID SAFE Limousine plan and provides the highest level of protection with the fully vaccinated chauffeur when the job is dispatched for our clients, although vaccination is not compulsory for the people of  Australia. We have lots of inquires and bookings from the customer as keep asking whether the fully vaccinated driver  will perform the job. Some of our customers advised seeing the driver's  the vaccination certificated.   So in this scenario, our company Corporate Car Services  has decided to  mandatory COVID-19 vaccine for driver and employee for our limo service to the customers. Now, the chauffeur will be able to  provide the COVID-19 vaccine certificate for a COVID free limo service to the client. We care in the safety of our client and chauffeur to protect each other from the COVID-19 infectious virus. This COVID SAFE limo is deigned to satisfy our passenger and driver  in full strength under NSW Point to Point Commission guidelines.

The health and safety of our clients, employees, and chauffeurs are the highest priority, and we are committed to providing the safest experience possible as we evaluate and adjust our operations to meet the evolving rules from the NSW Point to Point Commission   and Local Government. We are continuing to manage our way through this crisis, we are taking steps to proactively safeguard our operations and ensure the health and safety of our passengers and chauffeurs.  

Sydney Limousine Services has implemented the following risk reduction protocols to ensure the COVID-19 Safe limousine service in Sydney and other major cities under the Australian State Government rules:

Health Check-up 

  • It is mandatory to have COVID-19 vaccine for our every employee, partner and chauffeur to provide a COVID-19 SAFE limousine service in Sydney.
  • All office employees and chauffeurs subject to temperature check with no touch thermometer guns at the beginning and ending of each shift.
  • Chauffeurs will not be permitted to work if they are displaying symptoms of COVID-19. 
  • Chauffeurs keep personal thermometers to check their temperature frequently and report real time results back to our office.
  • We ensure for safety driver and passenger as to check passenger temperature with non-contact thermometer before boarding into the car.

Precautions & Preparation

  • Chauffeurs wear face masks and gloves at all times in the office and in the car while they drive.
  • Office employees wear masks at all times in the office and in the field, and always they work in 4 square meters rules under COVID-19 guidelines.
  • Chauffeurs are equipped with disinfectant spray, hand sanitiser, hand wipes and extra masks with gloves.
  • Chauffeurs will have complimentary disposable masks and hand wipes for clients if needed. 
  • All employees are reminded daily to wash hands frequently and follow other risk reduction protocols at all times.
  • It will be the expectation that passengers will be responsible for providing a personal mask and maintaining social and physical distance from others.

Vehicle Sanitation & Cleaning

  • Vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected from the guidelines of  NSW Point to Point Commission which it is recommended of alcohol-based disinfectant before and after every ride, paying special attention to touch points, seating areas, armrests and door handles (interior & exterior).
  • Electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectant are used to sanitise vehicle interiors and surfaces at the start of each day.
  • Vehicles are washed everyday by the professional car washer. 
  • All the limos are cleaned before each ride with our electrostatic sprayer using to ensure a COVID SAFE limo service to the passenger.
  • Facial issues and water bottles have been removed from the seating areas to help stop the spread of the virus.
  • Chauffeurs frequently wash and sanitise their hands also hand sanitiser is available in the vehicle for your safety.

Physical & Social Distancing

  • We do not encourage to seat client into the front row next to the driver.
  • Chauffeur will not initiate any physical contact in any circumstances.
  • Our chauffeurs wear a face mask at all times during the journey with us.
  • Our driver encourage handling the bags by the customer. In case, customer ask the driver to help their bags loading and offloading so all bags that are touched by driver will be sanitised before returning to the customer.
  • To ensure maximum social distancing and minimise health risks in the vehicle, passengers and luggage are not to be permitted in the front seat.
  • We prefer our clients will be picked up from express and curbside area as chauffeurs can avoid entering airport arrival hall, baggage carousel area, offices and residences for safetyness to each other.
  • The maximum vehicle seating capacity for passengers will be subject to change and will evolve with the level of distancing requested by the NSW Point to Point Commission.
  • Physical contact and sharing of any items between drivers and passengers are prohibited.
  • We encourage to maintain 1.5 metres physical distancing between chauffeur and passenger one another for safetiness.

Encouraging to be Vaccinated Chauffeur and Employee

Still there are few drivers and related workers in our industry  have  concerns and doubts about the COVID-19 vaccines despite the overwhelming indication that they are safe and effective. The medical experts say that it is important to talk with vaccine-hesitant friends, family, employees, colleagues and neighbours about the need for everyone to get vaccinated, so we can eradicate  the pandemic.

However, pandemic experts say the way you speak with a vaccine-hesitant person makes a big difference in helping them make the decision to get vaccinated. Keeping unvaccinated is not the solution, and it is more important to be healthy. So, we are educating the unvaccinated chauffeur and staff without shaming and arguing with them and listen carefully what their words and concerns then let them decide vaccinated.
